Dear Jim,

Your TENS (Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulator) machines continue to be a God-send to patients who come to see me with severe pains and injury. Whether it is chronic or acute pain they suffer, the pain relief they gain from using your TENS machines is absolutely fabulous. Patients reduce their pain-relieving medication and their anti-inflammatory tablets. Which is a good thing, as you know the stomach and kidney problems all those pills can cause when taken long term.

I am so grateful to you, dear Jim, for not only your machines but for all of your advice over the years. As you know, we met twenty-two years ago at that medical conference in Canberra. I bought my first machines from you then &endash; in 1976! And how my life changed for the better in my pain management for patients. TENS machines not made by your firm are not as successful.

I know that your machines have an infinitely better mechanism built into them and that is why yours work so well and inferior models do not!

I have sold so many of your machines over the last twenty-two years and continue to do so now. I even sell them to patients for their overseas relations in England, USA, Italy and Greece because of the success the patients have had with your TENS machines for their personal pain control. Having been a practicing physiotherapist for forty-three years &endash; and I intend to keep going, God willing &endash; I know I shall continue to be using and selling BioStim™ TENS in the future.
