Extracts from a letter to William James Lamers from Kenneth G Telford.

In a four page letter, Mr. Telford describes how a car accident on 18/2/92 left him with severe neck and back pain, numbness in his arms and fingers, severe headaches, constant dizziness and trouble with his eyesight.

After many years of excruciating pain Mr. Telford had little or no improvement, despite multiple visits to a number of doctors, physiotherapists, chiropractors and specialists. By his own description, he was addicted to Codeine, but the medication left him constipated and nauseous. And of the alternative pain killing medications, anti-inflammatories irritated his stomach, and simple analgesics like Panadol didn't have any effect.
