Output Options

The choice between an output where the rate is unchanging (constant) and where the rate fluctuates (modulated) is made on both the desired results and one's personal preference.

CONSTANT VS MODEULATED PULSE TRAIN

Mode Indications
Modulated Displays less 'accommodation' than Constant. That is, the body has less of a tendency to perceive that the stimulation is diminished after several minutes of use.
Gives excellent pain relief when combined with a rate setting of High. In this way quick pain relief is offered, as well as long lasting pain relief after the stimulus is removed.
Is quite a soothing sensation that many people describe as being a massage-like effect.
Constant May be chosen if a specific rate is required - such as with inducing sleep or relaxation.
es Is the ideal setting for muscle strengthening and toning when combined with a rate setting of High.
May be chosen if it is the most comfortable stimulating sensation.
