BioStim™ is a very effective method for treating bruises - from the earliest stages through to full recovery. It aids with pain relief as well as speeding the rate at which healing occurs.

Placement of Applicators:

Place one electrode on either side of the bruised area.

Other Treatments:

R.I.C.E. (Rest Ice Compression Elervation) in the acute phase - up to three days, heat (hot pack, shower, sauna, spa) - after the acute phase, gentle massage (well after the acute phase), gentle stretching.
