LATS (Latissimus Dorsi)

Position extra long rubber electrodes along the line of the muscle.

Please note: When the lats are contracted strongly, depth of breathing may be affected to a certain degree - this is normal. Increase the intensity of stimulation slowly to a point where the level of muscle contraction is comfortable.
