TORN
OR STRAINED HAMSTRING MUSCLE/S

The hamstring muscle (back of the thigh) can be strained during strenuous physical performance, especially if the lower back is affected by tension or injury. One should always seek the assessment of a health professional to exclude the possibility of back involvement.
Place
one electrode on either side of the strained area. Settings:
